This is told in the resolution accepted by assembly at the plenary session in Strasbourg. According to contracts of membership in EU limits of inflow of labor from the countries which have entered the organization in 2004, should be completely cancelled by 2011, and by 2013 for Bulgaria and Romania, which accepted in the union in 2007.

As it is marked in the European Parliament resolution, inflow of workers from 12 countries - of "beginners" of EU had no negative influence on the situation on national labor markets of the states. labor inflow has brought economic growth in the countries, which has been estimated on the level of 1 % of gross national product. The Eurocommission has allowed Spain to limit the access of citizens of Romania on the national labor market.

The authorities of Spain have made this decision because of the high rate of unemployment in the country which has already reached 21 % against averages EU rate of 9,4 % and 9,9 % in an euro area. So that deputies of European Parliament have urged Eurocommission to investigate restrictive measures concerning the access on the national labour markets from other states.
